Refund & Returns Policy

At Naraya Wonder Tour, we understand that plans can change. We strive to maintain fairness for both our travelers and our team. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully:

1. Cancellation by Customers

• More than 30 days before departure: 90% refund of the total amount.
• 15–30 days before departure: 50% refund of the total amount.
• 7–14 days before departure: 25% refund of the total amount.
• Less than 7 days before departure: No refund available.
• No-shows or early departures: No refund.

Note: Deposits and non-refundable fees (e.g. permits or processing fees) are excluded from any refund amount.

2. Cancellation by Naraya Wonder Tour

If we must cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or minimum participant requirements not being met, customers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

3. Refund Process

All approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days via the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary depending on the payment channel used.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

• Booking deposits
• Payment gateway and processing fees
• Entrance tickets, permits, or accommodation fees already issued to third parties

5. Changes to Booking

You may request to change your booking (such as travel date or participant name) up to 7 days before departure, subject to availability and any applicable price differences or administrative fees.
